Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective from 5 October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved in your browser by the website you visit. Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) works in a similar way. We use them on the basis of Article 399(3) of the Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), which does not require consent for storing information that is necessary to provide a service you request.

The controller of the data stored in cookies is Custom Service Arleta Marczyńska. Details of data processing: Privacy Policy.

Browser storage: we save the ticked conversation goals (practice-goals) and the identifier of the exercise you started (practice-start), so that refreshing the page does not restart the conversation. If you arrive from a campaign link, we remember its parameters (mkt_utm, e.g. utm_source) until you close the tab, to carry them into the sign-up link. We do not pass them to analytics or advertising tools.

A conversation embedded on a Creator's website (iframe) does not set any cookies.

3. External websites

Payment takes place on the Stripe website (checkout.stripe.com), which uses its own cookies, including for fraud prevention. The rules are described in Stripe's cookie policy. We do not load scripts from Stripe or other third-party providers on the Service's pages.

4. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Service. Deleting functional cookies will restore the default language and Workspace.

If we ever introduce cookies that require consent (e.g. analytics cookies), we will ask for it in advance and update this policy.
