For enterprise

One practice platform, many teams, clear rules about data.

Large organisations need more than good scenarios. They need separation between business units, control over who sees what, and a way to fit practice into systems they already run. The platform is designed with that in mind from the start.

Structure that matches your organisation

  • Isolated workspaces

Each workspace is separated at the database level. A region, a brand or a subsidiary can have its own scenarios, participants and results.

  • Programs and learning paths

Build programs from materials, scenarios and assessments, with order, prerequisites and due dates. Publishing a new version does not rewrite the history of completed assignments.

  • Roles and permissions

Separate who builds scenarios, who assigns practice and who can see results. Bulk assignments and revocations are recorded in an audit trail.

Data you stay in control of

You decide whether managers see full transcripts and reports or only completion and trends, and participants are told which applies. Voice is not recorded, and transcript retention is set per workspace (one year by default). Hidden scenario content never leaves the server.

Fits the systems you already run

  • API and webhooks

Grant access, start sessions and receive results in your HR learning systems or internal tools.

  • Fit the platform they already use

Add practice to an existing portal or LMS through a hosted link, embed or API, so learners do not have to start from another separate system.

  • Single sign-on

Support for SAML and OIDC single sign-on and automated user provisioning is planned, built on the same workspace model.

Responsible use of scores

Scores describe performance in a practice scenario and exist to support learning. The platform does not rank employees and is not intended for hiring, promotion, pay or other employment decisions. We will work with your team on how results are shared internally.
