For individuals

The conversation is next week. Practice it tonight.

Friends are too kind to play a tough interviewer, and a mirror does not argue back. Here you get a counterpart who asks the awkward follow-up, holds back what they know and reacts to how you actually say things.

Conversations people rehearse most

  • Job interviews

Answer the question about the gap in your CV, the one about your weaknesses and the one you did not expect. The interviewer follows up when an answer is vague.

  • Asking for a raise

Your manager has constraints you do not know about. Find out what matters to them and connect your request to it.

  • Difficult personal talks

Setting a boundary with a colleague, giving feedback to a friend who runs a business with you, turning down a request. Say the hard sentence out loud before it counts.

Practice on your own terms

Sessions are private to you. Speak when you can, type when you cannot. Stop halfway and start again, or repeat the same scenario at a higher difficulty until the opening sentence comes without thinking.

Know what to change before the real thing

  • Quotes, not impressions

The report shows the exact sentence that helped and the one that hurt, with the moment it happened.

  • A short list

At most three priorities per session, so you know what to try in the next attempt.

  • Your own situation

Describe the real conversation in a few sentences: who, what is at stake, what you want. The scenario is built around it.
