See where a group gets stuck, not just who logged in.

Completion rates tell you that people practiced. Criteria trends tell you what they still struggle with. Both are in one view, for a single scenario, a whole program or a group of participants.

What you can see

  • Completion and attempts

Who has been invited, who started, who finished and how many attempts each scenario took. Useful for chasing the last few people before a workshop.

  • Criteria trends

How results on each criterion change across attempts. If the whole group handles objections well but rarely asks about the budget, you will see it.

  • Common missed moments

The situations where many participants lose the thread. A good starting point for the next live session or a new scenario.

Individual progress for the learner

Every participant sees their own history: attempts, scores on each criterion and the priorities from past reports. Practice in preview mode and creator tests are never counted, so the numbers reflect real sessions only.

Built for coaching, not ranking

  • No leaderboards by default

Views show where the group needs help. They are not designed to rank people against each other.

  • Visibility rules you set

The workspace decides whether managers see transcripts and reports or only completion and trends. Participants know which applies before they start.

  • For development only

Results are meant to guide practice and coaching. They should not be used for hiring, promotion, pay or other decisions about people.
